Located on Batam or one of Indonesia’s nearest neighboring islands to Singapore, Orchard View Apartment needs to be outstanding in design outside and inside. Following a modern luxury concept, each corner must represent international building standards with high efficiency, energy-saving quality, healthy and easy-to-maintain spaces, and comfortable indulgence that can offer a positive experience.
Separated by two towers with two different views, we accentuate each tower with a unique touch and character. The land view was filled with a material scheme representing the land’s colors and theme. The combination of brown, beige, and dark wood texture with a punch color of orange will bring the warmth of Batam’s land views into the building. In contrast, the other tower facing the Batam seashore was designed with a more sea-inspired ambiance. A touch of Palissandro Blue Marble was selected as a focal point in the main lobby. The combination of blue, white, grey, and light wood texture with a punch color of blue Tosca will bring the warm of Batam’s sea views into the building.
