HOW IT BEGAN
When heritage meets a dynamic vision
Rewarded as the best medium-rise office architectural design and office development in 2019, this hotel & SoHo development by Investaland is located in a signature address of Jalan Asia Afrika in Bandung, Indonesia. It’s a street of immense historical value that witnessed the Asian African Conference back in 1955. Since its development in 2015, the location has been referred to as Bandung’s most prominent Central Business District and the city’s first Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) building to efficiently interlink private and professional life. This development will be designed thematically with the concept of a hotel/condotel and a commercial area that will maintain heritage buildings as the attraction.

When developing its interior design, we always begin with a human-centered approach that addresses fundamental concerns about people’s behavior. Targeting business travelers, the hotel is supported with complete lifestyle facilities such as gyms, all-day dining, cafes, business centers, meeting rooms, retail areas, and so on. For the apartment concept, our key to a good layout is always creative and innovative space management. We offer a combination of stylish functionality and uncompromised privacy. At the same time, the home office is designed with utmost flexibility, meant to be a place suitable for everyone. Overall, it has a wide selection of sizes and effective layouts, which could be served as a private living space, working space, or a perfect combination of two.

Since our working behaviors have shifted since the Covid-19 pandemic, this development has become an alternate lifestyle living where easy connectivity is within reach. HQuarters is now a private and semi-private area easily accessed for efficient working from home or living next door to the office. Its proximity to public transport also makes HQuarters an ideal place to launch your life to greater heights. Standing tall and proud at Bandung city’s heart, HQuarters is expected to be completed in 2023.
